Delicious Breakfast

Now, I don't like to toot my own horn but I am developing quite the talent for making a good omelet. I went home from work about two weeks ago and had a taste for one. It could have been a challenge since I had never made one before but I managed to get through it and it seems that I have a knack for doing so. My mom said my omelets look good and dad ate his that I made for him with little criticism. I've been trying new things with it - two eggs, three eggs, adding milk for fluffiness, different ingredients, I even attempted some spices one night. This morning was a lazy breakfast - three eggs, a dash of milk, salt, pepper, sharp chedder cheese and four blend mexican cheese. Just thinking about it again is making my mouth water. Baxter liked the piece he got too. Eggs are supposed to be good for a dog's coat and since I am now obsessed with making the perfect omelet, I think his coat will be benefiting.
