Ever see a movie that you despise but everyone around you raves about it endlessly? EW has composed a list of over-hyped movies that not met everyone's approvals. This list was great and I agreed with almost every movie listed but I really do like "Magnolia", "Donnie Darko", and "Sin City". But that's just me. I guess I gave into the hype surrounding these because not only do I like them, I own all three of them.
"I wanted to see it and I wanted to like it — really, I did. But there was something about the build-up in Million Dollar Baby that made me want to slice up the screen and burn down the theater." Marc Vera, database librarian, said about the Oscar winning film "Million Dollar Baby". Man, I had no desire to see this movie and after reading something like this, I'm glad I didn't. To me, it looked like, and still does, one of those movies that are made just to win Oscars.

LOST IN TRANSLATION SUCKED TOO. VERY TYPICAL. HAHA BILL MURRAY'S THE TALLEST IN THE ELEVATOR. HAHA THAT JAPENESE MAN JUST SPOKE FOR TWO STRAIGHT MINUTES AND IT WAS TRANSLATED INTO A SINGLE WORD. NOT FUNNY AND NOT ENJOYABLE.
