Be Afraid. Be Very Afraid.
With Halloween, one of the greatest holidays ever, quickly approaching, October has become the season of horror movies. The Grudge 2 and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning are both now in theaters. And television stations are not about to be left out of people's desire for a good scare. AMC is staring their 10th 'Monsterfest' , which starts on October 22 and will run 24 hours a day nonstop through October 31, when it will appropriately show five Halloween films. I wrote a term paper in college on the development of horror films and I am a devoted follower of 'Monsterfest', watching it every year.
