According to The Smoking Gun, a clearly intoxicatedShia was arrested early Sunday morning after he refused to leave a Chicago Walgreens at 2:30 AM. He is being charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing. Cut the kid a break. What do you expect from him when his dad's job was rolling joints for the Doobie Brothers?
