I am always on the lookout for new music. To me, my dream job would be a music superviser on some television show, putting together soundtracks and exposing new artists to the world. Today, I discovered Paolo Nutini, a 19-year-old singer/songwriter from Scotland with passionate and soulful songs. His cd These Streets was released in September of 06 but it is now just beginning to gain attention on this side of the Atlantic. Listen to the whole cd for free here. Listen to the whole cd and enjoy especially "Jenny Don't Be Hasty", "New Shoes", and "Alloway Grove." He's actually going to be in Indianapolis performing tomorrow night so if I felt like taking a little road trip, I could go and see him.
