Baby, It's Cold Outside

This weekend was as lazy and wonderful as I thought it would be. And sadly, it's coming to a close. Weekends never last long enough. I'm trying not to think of work though. Work should be left at work and should not at all be thought of during weekends. Lauren's visit did not interfere with my laziness at all. In fact, I asked her if she wanted to do anything and she said that she just wanted to say inside and watch movies which of course was fine with me. She took residence on my couch and played with Baxter while I cleaned the house a little bit. She has become obsessed with Firefly/Serenity in the span of a day, which is actually hilarious. The more browncoats though out there in the world the better.

It's cold outside. It rained last night and it's supposed to rain more tonight. Sleet and then snow tomorrow morning. Wonderful weather in my opinion. Of course, I like that weather when I have no where to be - like today. But driving to work in such weather is not my ideal. Baxter has been sleeping the afternoon away after an active morning and hopefully he'll sleep tonight after an active evening. He's been sleeping good the last couple of nights. Of course, he always sleeps well when I don't have to get up early the next morning. He's always been evil like that.
