Heart Attack

My question this morning is this: Can I suffer from a heart attack at the age of 22? I think Baxter is determined to find that out and that's why he does all of these things to me. Last night, he was great. We played with his toys, he chewed his bone while I watched Top Chef and then we both slept through most of the night. I found this out though about Dr. Satan. If he has a bad night, he sleeps in the mornings. If he has a good night, he is wide awake and ready to play while I'm getting ready for work.

After I got dressed this morning, I took Baxter outside in the backyard like I always do. It's weird but I'm so happy every time he trots to a tree and lifts his leg. He's growing up! He must be because I think he's in his terrible two's. He was playing with something on the ground. I couldn't see it but I thought it was a leaf. It looked like a leaf anyway. But then I got a knot in my stomach. I knew it wasn't a leaf. It was something else. But when I tried to approach him, he scampered off with the thing in his mouth, thinking we were playing. I saw a flash of white on black and I knew it what it was. He was playing with a dead bird! Again! I chased him around, trying to sneak up on him. I finally got a hold of him and threw the dead bird into the alley where he couldn't get it. Unbelievable. My heart was pounding in my chest and I was panicked because I was convinced Baxter was going to drop dead any second from gnawing on a dead bird but all Baxter cared about was getting the bird back. This dog is going to be the death of me.

Do you have any idea of how funny this is to read about - especially since I know the dog involved.
"Not Baxter"

I told you. You're Catholic. Have that dog get an exorcism. I think it would seriously help.

If you have a heart attack we will take good care of Baxter !!

Actually, he was trying to clean up the yard.

Montgomery - If all goes according to plan, you will count yourself in the "Catholic" category in April !
