Gingerbread Houses

Last night's Christmas party at Janet and Bryon's house was a lot of fun and I made my first gingerbread house. Of course, it caved in after I added the second level and I had to start over but hey. Live and learn. Bryon's mansion completely toppled in and everyone blamed me so Bryon and I took a picture of him holding his demolished house with me taking a hammer to it. I honestly didn't touch it. It was such a beautiful gingerbread house though Heidi's morgue or Jim's meth lab won for creativity. I won't even get into what Dan and Janet made.

We all had a grab bag filled with $10 worth of crap and I got Dan's - a devil finger puppet and a kitchen tool kit, which actually could come in handy since I have a house that needs work. Bob got my grab bag and everyone was playing with the toys in it, especially the top though Amish children could probably work it better than we did. Janet surprised us by popping in a DVD of the Claymation Christmas featuring the California Raisins! This was so amazing to watch again. Bill, Chrissy, and I used to have the Claymation Christmas on tape but I'm not sure if any of us have any idea as to where it is still. The greatest part, still, is the bit with the bells. All in all, it was a great party and I can't wait for Heidi's un-New Year's Eve party on December 30th.
