I Miss Everything

This morning pregnant neighbor across the street Jen came over to share some friendly local gossip with me and as of now, the word is that I miss absolutely everything that happens. Apparently, last night a cop car was parked on the street right in front of my house and I didn't see or hear anything. A lady across the street called the cops on her daughter, screaming "I can't take this anymore from her!" or something along those lines. Did I hear screaming? No. Did I hear anything that would alert me to neighborhood drama? No. And this was right across the street! My front door was open because Baxter likes looking out the storm door and did he alert me to anything happening out of the ordinary? No. I think he was passed out around the time this was going on. I miss everything. And ironically, last night I was watching one of my favorite television shows Cops.
